Each piece is prepared with care and ships within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted.
You’ll receive tracking once your order is on its way. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Because each item is handmade, slight variations are part of the process and are part of the piece.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel good about what you receive.
If something isn’t quite right, unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, in their original condition.
Because we work with living materials such as copper, brass, and natural stones:

Jewelry that has been worn is not eligible for return, as natural oxidation and interaction with the skin begins immediately

Items that have been bent, warped, or altered after wear cannot be accepted
This allows us to honor both the integrity of the materials and fairness for all.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will gladly:

offer a replacement, or
-
provide an appropriate resolution based on the situation
